Lectures by Haig Utidjian (EMS) I Activity May 2026

Haig Utijian (Early Music Studies Group) will give a recital-lecture and two lectures at St Vladimir’s Seminary (partly held at St Nerses Seminary) in New York on 1 and 2 May. The events will be in-person, but it will also be possible to participate online. The theme will be ‘Armenian Liturgical Chant: History and Theology’. Further information.

Meanwhile, the 2026 Zernov Lecture, presented jointly by the House of SS. Gregory and Macrina, the Fellowship of SS. Alban and Sergius, and the St. Theosevia Centre for Christian Spirituality, is entitled “SS. Gregory of Narek and Nersēs of Klay as poets, musicians and ecumenist theologians”.
