Luso-Brazilian Congress on Digital Music Teaching and Learning I Applications accepted until July 13

The Luso-Brazilian Congress on Digital Music Teaching and Learning (6–9 October, online), organised in partnership by the University of Aveiro (UA) and the Institute of Ethnomusicology – Centre for Studies in Music and Dance (INET-md), the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), the University of São Paulo (USP), the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC) and the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), aims to critically discuss the relationships between music education, digital technologies and pedagogical innovation, bringing together researchers, lecturers and artists from Portugal and Brazil to explore contemporary perspectives on musical creation and circulation in digital environments. Ana Isabel Pereira, a researcher at the CESEM Education and Development Group, is a member of the congress’s scientific committee.
