DiRE-SoNo: “Discursos de (R)Evolução do Som no Espaço

‘DiRE-SoNo’ is a concert/installation in which performance and space are intended to become inseparable from the experience, providing a new perspective on the fruition of the artistic work. DiRE-SoNo is a project developed from a collaborative work of exploration and creation between the performer and a collective of 5 composers, which has resulted in the creation of new works for solo percussion, where each one has its own identity, but, at the same, time a joint and homogeneous discourse is pronounced between them.

The project premiered at the Circular Festival of Performing Arts on 29 September 2018. It has had several performances in recent years, both at festivals and within the academy (congresses), and it is not a project that is exactly finished. DiRE-SoNo remains open-ended because it is extremely dynamic in its very genesis.
