Luzia Aurora Rocha appointed to the Steering Committee of the IMS Study Group “Musical Iconography”

Luzia Aurora Rocha has been appointed to the Steering Committee of the Study Group “Musical Iconography” of the International Musicological Society (IMS), replacing Gabriela Currie (University of Minnesota).

The CESEM researcher will join Nicoletta Guidobaldi (co-chair, Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, Italy) and Björn R. Tammen (chair, Österreichische Akademie der Wissenschaften, Austria).

The nomination took place during the 23rd International Conference of RIdIM (Répertoire International d’Iconographie Musicale) held in Vienna (Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien) from 29 to 31 August.
