Recording of the album Flores de Mvsica (1620) by Manuel Rodrigues Coelho

Between 3 and 7 December 2024, researcher Marco Brescia (Music in the Modern Period Group) will record, in the low choir of the Church of São Vicente de Fora in Lisbon, the fifth CD of the complete recording of the Flores de Mvsica pera o instrumento de tecla, & harpa (1620) by Manuel Rodrigues Coelho, with artistic direction by João Vaz (Early Music Studies Group) and published by the British label Inventa Records (Resonus Classics).

This is a volume entirely dedicated to the clavichord, played by Brescia, and to the harp, performed by Maria Bayley.
