Changes to the ZOOM service – Switching to Microsoft Teams

NOVA FCSH informs that the ‘Zoom Pro’ licences provided by FCCN will no longer be available to universities after July 28. Only the ‘Zoom – basic accounts’ service will be available, which allows the organisation of sessions with a maximum duration of 40 minutes and a maximum number of 100 participants.

For longer meetings, classes, conferences, etc., Microsoft Teams is the solution. This programme offers similar functionalities to Zoom and is linked to the Microsoft 365 accounts that all students, teachers, career researchers, and employees already have.
