Born in Castelo de Vide, he began his musical studies at Banda União Artística, having completed the Basic Trumpet Course at the Escola de Artes do Norte Alentejano and the Secondary Composition Course at the Escola de Música do Conservatório Nacional, in the Daniel Schvetz class. He has a degree in International Relations from the Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Lisbon and a postgraduate degree in Aesthetics and Artistic Studies – Arts and Musical Sciences from the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Currently, he studies Singing with António Wagner Diniz at the School of Music at the National Conservatory and attends a Master’s Degree in Musical Sciences-Historical Musicology at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
