Maria Sempiterno

Maria Sempiterno began her studies at Escola de Música do Conservatório Nacional; concluding Grade 8 in vocal studies with Professor Wagner Diniz. In 2022, she concluded her Bachelors in Musicology, at NOVA University of Lisbon – School of Social Sciences and Humanities. During that period, she won an Investigation Introduction Scholarship (BII – Verão com Ciência).

Currently, she’s a Master student in Musicology in the same institution, with a scholarship in the Project Lanterna Mágica – Estudo, preservação, uso e re-uso em Portugal no século XIX (PTDC/ART-PER/1702/2021).
