Requests to add or update content on the CESEM website are made by filling in a form. Regarding updates, the fields that do not need to be changed should be left blank.

The News Form must be completed concerning publications, projects, outreach activities, artistic activities, calls, awards, and other activities related to researchers and their research]. News items (except calls for papers/conferences and CESEM information) are highlighted on the homepage for 15 days. After this period, the news is available for consultation in the “All news” section [see here].

The Events Form must be completed concerning conferences/colloquia, workshops, seminars, concerts, and other similar activities. This form must be completed by 3 working days before the event’s date.

The site is bilingual and the information is available in PT and EN. Due to the specific nature of the content, the researchers are responsible for translating the information. Both versions may undergo editorial changes in order to standardise the language used on the CESEM website. In the event of incomplete information, the Management and Science Team will contact you; if you reply, the content will be published.
