Applications are now open for one (1) Research fellowship for a Master’s student in Information and Documentation Sciences within the scope of CESEM’s strategic project – José Mário Branco Archive (UIDB/00693/2020), financed by national funds through FCT/MCTES (PIDDAC).

The Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) has launched the notice of the Call for PhD Studentships in all Scientific Domains 2024. This call includes all scientific areas and encompasses two application lines: (i) a regular line of application targeted at research work to be carried out in scientific and academic institutions; (ii) a specific line of application targeted at research work plans for the most part carried out in one or more non-academic institutions. The 2024 edition of this call increases the number of PhD studentships to be awarded in the specific application line for work plans developed in non-academic institutions from 400 to 450 (compared to the 2023 call). The number of grants under the general line (1,050) remains the same as in 2023. CESEM is available to provide further clarifications on this call (cesem@fcsh.unl.pt).
