Lisboa Incomum is pleased to host a recital by pianist Taíssa Poliakova Cunha, a member of CESEM / Research Group on Contemporary Music. ‘Bells and recitatives: a dialogue between the human and the divine’ will include an introduction by Svetlana Poliakova (Early Music Studies Group).
This recital explores two captivating musical traditions: bells and recitatives. Both feature in various works by renowned composers such as Liszt, Rachmaninoff, Messiaen, Ligeti, and Arvo Pärt.
