Reading and Listening to the Revolution – A performance in celebration of Freedom

Monday, May 27, at 1 PM, in the atrium of Tower B on the Campus at Av. de Berna of NOVA FCSH, literature, music, and visual arts come together in a performance that celebrates the Revolution and the establishment of Freedom. A journey through sounds, images, and emotions that wrap us in memories lived, in scenarios of transition from dictatorship to democracy. Among literary texts, songs, testimonies, and illustrations, moments of anticipation and hope are relived, and those who collaborated in building Democracy are remembered. Come celebrate freedom with us.
Musicians: Abel Chaves (piano and direction), Sara Maia and Vera Cordeniz (vocals), João Nogueira (double bass), António Jorge Marques (flute), Rafaela Gomes, Ana Praguento, and Patrícia Lopes (percussion).
