On 11 February, the Research Cluster in Thought and Music will host the “Entre Brasis” workshop at auditorium B2, NOVA FCSH. The programme will feature contributions by Acácio Piedade (Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina), Caio Priori-dos-Santos (CESEM/NOVA FCSH), Clara Rowland (IELT/NOVA FCSH), Filipe Campello (Universidade Federal de Pernambuco), Gabriel Marotti (Universidade Federal de São Paulo), Guilherme Granato (CESEM/NOVA FCSH), Joana Matos Frias, (FLUL), Rafael Lopes (CESEM/NOVA FCSH), Ruy Filho (FLUL), and Victor Hugo Amaro (Universidade Federal de Pernambuco). The meeting will culminate in a lecture-concert by musician and essayist José Miguel Wisnik (USP). Organized by members and collaborators of CESEM, under the coordination of Juliana Wady, the event aims to foster dialogue around and beyond the exhibition “Complexo Brasil” (on view at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation until 17 February).
