Mariana Gameiro

Mariana was born in 1999 and is a native of Torres Novas. At the age of 9, joined the Conservatory of Music at Choral Phydellius, where she completed her studies in the cello class, in 2017. She graduated in Ciências Musicais na Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, in 2020. Currently, she finds to attend the Master’s Degree in Music Therapy at Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa.
Throughout her academic career, she has always shown interest in research projects in her area and is, therefore, a collaborator of the Education and Human Development Group of the Centro de Estudos de Sociologia e Estética Musical, CESEM – NOVA FCSH.
